A 30 seconds television commercial aired in the year of 2011.
Although many viewers find this commercials as entertaining
but Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines criticize
how Mcdonald Corporation execute this kind of idea.
According to them it surpasses the human relationships especially
for those children who are in the same age. This talks about
a girl who is asking a boy to be with her in relationship but
not just because he likes the boy but only because he just wants
to have a fries. For me, it shows a positive and a negative thought.
Positive in a way of, kids will be always kids. We known for them
for demanding many kinds of thing and those things are commonly just
small things. And negative thought in a sense of, just like the CBCP
says it degrade the integrity of kids and lessen how kids value friendships.
